Most Anticipated Releases of 2016

Here is a list of my most anticipated releases of 2016, in order of publication date.
Let me know below what some of your most anticipated releases this year are.

April 5th, 2016

"A dazzling new fantasy series set in a mix of Elizabethan and frontier worlds that’s dripping with romance from Richelle Mead, #1 internationally bestselling author of Vampire Academy."

I read the first two books in her Vampire Academy series, but I couldn't get into it. I loved her writing style, though, so I can't wait to check this one out.

July 14th, 2016

"A love story like no other, this is the debut novel from Carrie Hope Fletcher, author of the Sunday Times No. 1 bestseller All I Know Now."

I've been following Carrie's Youtube channel  since 2012, and I am incredibly excited to get my hands on this book. Also, it's coming out on my birthday.
*But I'm pretty it doesn't have a US release yet which makes me a little sad*

July 19th, 2016

"After the unexpected loss of his girlfriend, a teenage boy suffering from delusions is convinced that he can travel through time to save her, in this gripping new novel from New York Times bestselling author Beth Revis."

This is her first contemporary novel. I don't know much about this book, but I read her Across the Universe series years ago and I loved it. The synopsis has me insanely interested in reading it.

July 31st, 2016

"Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, a new play by Jack Thorne, is the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage. It will receive its world premiere in London’s West End on 30th July 2016 "

This is the script for a play based on Harry Potter not written by J.K. Rowling. Despite that, I am very excited for this. And since I can't see the play I'm very happy that they are releasing the script soon after it premiere's.

October 18th, 2016

"Told through a fascinating dossier of hacked documents—including emails, schematics, military files, IMs, medical reports, interviews, and more—Illuminae is the first book in a heart-stopping, high-octane trilogy about lives interrupted, the price of truth, and the courage of everyday heroes."
(This is a sequel so I don't want to give any spoilers^)

This is the sequel/companion novel to Illuminae, and  my #1 most anticipated release of 2016. Illuminae was the first book I read this year and it was phenomenal, it absolutely blew me away in every possible way. I can't wait to get my hands on this sequel.
*Everyone should read Illuminae.*

November 8th, 2016.

"Long before she was the terror of Wonderland — the infamous Queen of Hearts — she was just a girl who wanted to fall in love."

I forgot this one was coming out this year. This is a new retelling from Marissa Meyer, and it's Alice in Wonderland. I'm sold.
